I’m pretty particular about the coffee I drink. I prefer dark/espresso roasts. I love the Zulu Roast. I even like it straight, unpolluted by cream or sugar. Definitely recommend and plan on purchasing more. A portion going to a great cause is the cherry on top!

Just delivered. Coffee is great. Great flavor! Coffee cup is really nice looking and it will get lots of use because of that. My only regret is that the coffee cup is not dishwasher safe

When I received an email that Frontier Coffee Company had found some remaining Green Beret Foundation coffee mugs and was offering the Zulu Roast/Coffee mug combo, I jumped at the chance to support the organization tasked with assisting the great warriors of US Army Special Forces! My late brother was an 18D in 5th Group and inspired in me a lifelong admiration for “the silent professionals”. So this purchase is in memory of him! BTW, Zulu Roast is fantastic coffee, smooth and bold!

Grab the bag and give it a shake, open it up and bury your nose in it. Right off the bat you get the smooth slightly bitter smell of a fresh roast with hints of dark chocolate cherry and molasses. It blends well with cream and with an extra fine grind it explodes the flavors of any rub mix you put it in. Love iced coffee then empty some teabags or use a thin cheese cloth fill up a glass decanter with cold water and Ice and toss in the grinds pre soaked for an hour and then leave for 12hrs for a seriously delicious iced coffee or base for a chocolate coffee ganash.
